For no time dough, process immediately


Preparation Method:

Divide at chosen scaling weight, round and shape to suit. Apply seed or other topping to suit if required.
Tin or tray up, with configuration as desired.

Normal final proof. Spray egg glaze if desired for appearance and to encourage seed toppings to adhere.
Normal bake, with initial steam as for wholemeal type breads.

Recipes with inclusions:
Mix as for standard recipe. Add inclusions at end of mixing, blend on slow speed for 30 secs to 1 min.
